David H. Lefton is a partner in the law firm of Barron Peck Bennie & Schlemmer in Cincinnati, Ohio. Although his practice is focused on estate planning, David has a breadth of experience handling a variety of other legal issues including advising for-profit and non-profit start-ups and established businesses on their organization, operations and transactions; representing home buyers and sellers; and helping injured victims of motor vehicle accidents.
Andrea G. Van Leesten is a solo practitioner in Culver City, California (located in Los Angeles County), where she practices estate planning, probate and administration, and elder law. Additionally she serves as a mediator in probate matters and as an ADR mediator.
